This program is an open mic night in which resident will get the chance to express themselves in front of their peers. Elements that we hope to add are free mochi in boba for the residents that attend and watch the performances.
For my individual program, I would like to make mochi with my residents. I will provide them with the necessary ingredients and teach them a fun and easy way to make a tasty treat with just a microwave. I would also like to teach the residents where mochi originated and why it is so popular.

At the beginning of the semester my residents and I went to Bubbies for ice cream. Now that it's the end of the semester we'll go again and reward ourselves for our hard work and get ready to study for finals.
Residents will be taken to Bubbie's in order to be exposed to one of the most awesome sites close to campus.
Come join your RA and friends in a much needed night out to Bubbies! We will meet in the Lobby at 7pm and will walk over together! Remember to bring cash!

We are going to take the No. 6 bus and go to Made In Hawaii on King Street. Residents will be able to purchase delicious fresh made mochi!
