Resident Advisors, Ryan Okerson and Jay Cosico, will host a breakfast bonanza in the Palmitas Kitchen. Veggie breakfast sausage, bacon, eggs, and warm hot cakes will be served with a tall glass of Orange Juice. A great way to start your morning right.
Islander Village will provide food (sloppy joe's & chips!) for all residents to come out and mingle. During this party we will talk to residents about renewing their leases :) The Rock Band video game will also be provided for residents to enjoy.

We will be baking delicious homemade Christmas cookies beforehand, and then having many different frostings and decorations for the cookies. Residents will be able to decorate their own Christmas cookies and then either eat them or give them to friends or neighbors.

Tis’ the season to meet new people and share some holiday joy. Campus Lodge is having their annual “Resident Holiday Party”. There will be free food and drinks! Also, we will be raffling off our Christmas “Resident Appreciation Basket” that includes a $25 Gift Card to Chili’s!
With so much to spend and so little time to spend it, might as well get the residents some food. Free pizza, wings, chips and soda. This is something that I want to be as simple as possible. All it will involve is the residents taking a couple minutes to come and get some food.
We had a fun move-in day event with games, free food, and music outside of our apartment building. All of the new residents chatted with each other, met their new roomates, and finished signing their leases. We helped each other move everyone's belongings into the building, while having a great time.
For our end of the quarter party, we had food, a raffle, and activities that included: throwing a pie at your RAs, Senators, and Coordinator; a ping pong tournament; a Super Smash Brothers tournament; and a dance floor. We are going to show our residents how to make a complete Thanksgiving dinner. Everything from a turkey to a pumpkin pie will be taught in a cooking show style. Afterward we will share in an awesome feast. We purchased pre-cooked Thanksgiving dinners and bought only small amounts of the things we planned to show how to cook.
