Spring Cleaning!

Residents are asked to bring down their old clothes and I will donate them. each resident that brings in a donation can enter their name in a drawing to win a $50 gift card

Blood Drive

California imports approximately 30% of its blood supply. There is a severe shortage of O- and B- blood and a relatively low supply of other types.

As a community, Palmitas would like to help. The Red Cross will be on campus collecting donations. Please stop by and donate.

Soles for Souls

Islander Village will be collecting donations of new or gently used shoes to send to the people in Haiti. Our office will be used as a drop off location for anyone in the Corpus Christi, TX area. We want this even to be CITY wide and hope to attain hundreds of pairs of shoes.

Adopt-A-Soldier

The residents of Flats at 374 will be holding a donation drive for items to be sent to soldiers overseas. Using www.Anysoldier.com, A soldier and his unit will be adopted and we will send items that fit their needs. We will also include letters of appreciation and support.

21 Rio Canned Food Drive

We will be asking residents to donate canned food and nonperishable food items to the leasing office before Thanksgiving break. We will inturn donate the food to a local Austin food bank.

Can Food Drive

we are accepting donations of non-parishable food items all month long. On December 4th we will take all of our can goods to the Corpus Christi Food Bank.

Canned Food Drive

We are having a canned food drive all month. The section with the most contributions will receive an award. All contributions will be donated to local food banks.

LifeShare Blood Bus was at the property. Dominos donated pizza to residents.
