Grow and eat healthy, organic fruits and veggies. Come partake in the tilling of the soil and claim your stake. Some of the food will be donated to local charities. Event is on Saturday, June 26th at 9 AM at the North west corner of the property.

A newsletter will be sent to all of the residents of ON50. The newsletter will be sent out each month and include information on current and future events going on at ON50. Also, there will be information about some things going on around USF.
Breakfast in the Clubhouse
Residents will be able to come to the clubhouse for a hot breakfast prepared by the Cabana Beach Staff.
Painting Club
Residents were invited to the Amenities Center Art Studio to create a masterpeice!
Meet, Greet, and Eat
This event is for the residents of my buildings to come and get to know me, and enjoy some good food while they're at it. We will have pizza and sodas, and we will be watching a movie or two over the course of the event.
Pizzazz up your finals!
We are going to be giving out pizza to our resident's so they can take a break from homework and finals. This will create an opportunity for residents to get together and hang out with their CAs while filling up on pizza and pop before finals. We will also be handing out District pens and pencils so that when residents do take their finals they will have good luck!
Peppermill Village Community Easter Egg Hunt
The staff from our office will hide eggs filled with candy throughout our community. The citizens will be allowed to collect them and win whatever is inside. In addition for April Fools day we plan to tell everyone that there is a golden egg hidden. But in reality the golden egg is our big golden egg pinata. Whoever spots the golden egg pinata gets to bust it open.
Community Yard Sale
Residents can sell their furniture and other items before they move-out. Neighboring communities are also invited.
Twins Outdoor Mania: Taking it up a Notch
We all want to go to the new stadium and what better way than to go and take in a game as a community
Montecito's Next Top Fish
Residents bring down their pet fish to the lobby. Prizes will be given for the most creative names and most creatively decorated fish bowls/tanks.

Low Carb Night
We will be providing low carb food recipes for our residents. A few samples of recipes will be provided for the residents to enjoy and everyone gets to take home a packet of recipes to try themselves.

Weekly Wing Dinner (Winter)
This is an on-going program that helps build a stronger community amongst a wing. Residents come out and have dinner with their RA once a week during a set time.

Every Day's a Holiday
I put up a large calander in the girls bathroom and instructed my residents to write any upcoming events, birthdays, club meetings, etc. on the calendar. It is a communal space which anyone can post an event on.
