This program, put on by Tyler and Brittany demonstrated how alcohol can affect reaction time and you ability to drive. They set up projection with mario kart and gave residents drunk googles to try their hand at driving. I brought my residents to this program.
This program is meant to be a social program. My goal is to get my residence together for a 'low key' night of chatting, while making birthday cards for homeless children. There are a few residence on my floor, who have expressed interest in coloring, and maybe this activity can be used as a creative event for my residence as a whole.
I will be taking residents to Sex in the Dark in order to provide them with some sex education. I have had a few girls ask me questions about sex, and I think this will be a good program for them to participate in.
Residents will be able to experience Turkish culture right down the street from our Wabash Building. There will be musical performaces, ethinic food, dances, and vairious educational activities/booths. This event is free and open to the public. Residents will only be required to bring their U-PASS and an open mind to enjoy a day of Turkish living.
