Who organized the event
Everybody needs a break during Midterms. We will relieve some tension and stress through a calm-relaxation activity facilitated by Dr. Spalding. This activity very effective in inducing a deep state of relaxation even on the very first time. The technique takes about 20 - 30 minutes. We will also be serving snacks and water. This activity requires a (beach) towel to lay on, and a pillow or sweatshirt for a headrest.
