Program Description
The program was simply put together with some cheap items. We had rope for the three legged race. Plastic spoons and eggs for the egg race/toss. We had a dozen eggs for the egg toss and the egg race. I suggest a dozen for 24 people or less. Two dozen eggs for 24 people or more. The balloons were bought and filled before the event started. A hundred pack of balloons was enough because people like to throw a lot of balloons. To speed up tosses, we had the residents take five steps between tosses. The races and tosses were organized by grouping people into twos. We used cones to make lanes for the races. The egg race was done by having the residents walk with spoons in there mouths and eggs on the spoons. When they got to there partner, they used the spoons in there mouths to transfer the eggs. Hands were not allowed for the transfer.
