Description
We collaborated with Skye Leone from OPERS to set up a custom trip to the Monterey Bay Aquarium. We discussed ticket pricing and transportation with OPERS. Once we eventually confirmed a date/time and number of vans/participants then we advertised to our respective quads. We are taking 15 resident per quad.

Advertising
Advertising and outreach is being done on an individual basis. Each RA will communicate and advertise to their residents as they see fit. When an RA receives payment and a confirmed sign up they must communicate that a spot has been filled with their co's.
Program Reflection - Positive
OPERS worked very well. Assigning equal responsibilities and tasks such as advertising, filling spots, and collecting money to collaborating teams worked well. Allowing the residents to hang out with friends and in their own groups at the aquarium also worked well.
Program Reflection - Constructive
Collect phone numbers of all participants prior to dispersal to make reconvening more efficient.

Wattup, I'm not sure if I'm going to go yet but tell me if you need a driver. I know Venessa would LOVE to go to the Aquarium so i know if Nick can't make it Venessa is totes down.

I have a resident with a pass who is not signed up but may be driving the 2 of my residents who are signed up (Lindsey and Jenna). I'm 88% sure that they are carpooling.

What's the status of the ledger/money tracking thing? Please drop it in Nico and my box ASAP.
I want to email Skye about our sign up progress by the end of next week so that he knows how many people are going. He's having trouble finding 3 drivers for the vans so please encourage residents, who may have cars, to possibly drive other residents. A quad is having sign ups/registration by next Monday (2/15).
I would like to know the following information from D quad by the middle of next week (2/17): # residents signed up and paid for, # residents with cars who are willing to drive and # seats available. Thx!
