Nice work Robert, quick update about the dining halls. C8 is currently open but no guarantee has been made about lunch. I will keep everyone posted about this as I hear from dining. I have put a call in to 9/10 in the event C8 is closed and will again keep you posted. Hope all is well!

I called Robert about the flyer situation yesterday and he said he would look into it. Hopefully not two flyers are being made. We'll use the one you're making Cynthia :) Also, are we meeting up again this Wednesday? I think we need to meet at least once, if not twice this week. Additionally, once the posters are made we should decide who can do the bus stops. I have a car to I can be one of the drivers. Just let me know who else is available to be the posting person as I drive. Thanks!

Break a world record is next Sunday. What's happening with other sub-committees? Also, should we have small meeting this week before sun for a final check-up?

I also heard that the flier doesn't exist yet. I think we should have it by tomorrow latest. If anyone wants to take a step up and make one, that would be great! If not, then I'll make it but I can't guarantee it would be all nice and fancy looking. :( Please post here if you want to make a flier instead!

hey peeps,

just a reminder that if you all want, Cynthia and I can take copies of flyers to RL Council next Tue. So whoever is in charge of making the flyer, please give us the copy of flyers by next Monday.
Also Cynthia and I've been diligently advertising Break a World Record in RL Council so hopefully all the RA's in other colleges are spreading words for us. :)

Hey party people. Here are the updates for the posters.

Cowell dining hall is fine with poster as name, time, day, location, sponsoring unit, and contact info.

Porter is fine with posting as long as the poster size is under 48x38 inches.

Crown dining hall just needs the poster to be brought to their res life office or programming office.

Nine ten dining hall is the only one I have had trouble contacting. I tried to go there in person on Friday but no one was there during their hours. So it might just be best to try again in person. Their office is below the dining hall and multipurpose room.
