See if you have what it takes to endure the demands of a real United States Army Physical Training Workout.

All physical fitness levels are welcome to attend. Residents will have the opportunity of experiencing an actual Army Physical Training session with a Captain in the United States Army. Residents will be able to take the knowledge they gain from this experience and create or apply it to their own physical training programs. Suites residents will meet at 06:15 at Vista Cafe. All other residents can meet us at Kellogg Gym (bldg 43) at 06:30. The program will end around 7:30.

Detailed description

This is a faculty program in coordination with the Army ROTC program on campus. The program is intended to teach residents how the United States Army trains their soldiers for the physical demands of combat. The Assistant Professor of Military Science for the Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) program, Captain Fred C. Grigsby, was contacted to schedule this event.
