Sorry, one more thing! I think that we should take the 9:30pm end time off of the fliers, and just say that the program starts at 7:00 pm. What do you think?

More info! haahh.... The dining hall said that we could borrow their hot water dispensers on friday before the program starts. Have you been able to ask Kalk about where we could get tea? Or will we just have to stick with cocoa? Maybe we could purchase some from the dining hall if that's possible, with a P.O., so we wouldn't have to go off campus to buy anything...but i have no idea...

Also, we may or may not be able to get a woman from the women's center to help us facilitate during the event, they have yet to get back to me. So in the meantime we should plan what activity we would like to do! If you get any ideas let me know.

They look amazing, Alexis! Good job! I personally like the second one better, what do you think? The first one may have too many words and the white lettering may make it hard for people to read.
For the second one I recommend that we make all of the text in black so that it stands out more. Also, we can print them on colored paper to make it stand out as well. Half sheets and full sheets would be a good idea! O and one more thing, I think we decided to change the movie time to a 7:30pm start time instead of 7pm...or should we keep it at 7 so that when people leave the dining hall they can see it happening? Yea, let's keep it at seven !

Hey Alexis! I have made an A-frame poster for the C8 plaza as well as a poster for the dining hall. I also have emailed Stephanie from the Womens Center asking about when I can pick up the DVD. Would you be able to start on a flier to put up this week? Just let me know if you need me to make it! I think since UCSC has the rights for it, that the flier should include the actual movie poster image.
