Detailed description

In this program, I had looked up the definition of a leader in the dictionary and read that definition to the students. I asked them if they agreed with the definition and asked if there was anything else that needed to be added. The students came up with a whole list of other things that should have been added to the definition. From there I asked for a volunteer who thought they were good at being a leader. Once I had my volunteer the had to instruct someone else (who was blind folded) how to make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich only using their words. It was a great activity to emphasize how important it is to know how to communicate to lead. I created this program myself.
