you mean the Air-Voids from the Cafe? If you talk to Jodi/Wendy I'm sure they'd let you borrow them.
Winter Wonderland will serve as an educational program geared towards bringing awareness to the students of the different winter festivities that are celebrated around the world. Students will have the opportunity to build gingerbread houses, decorate sugar cookies, and play with non-toxic, biodegradable "snow." There will be apple cider, hot chocolate, and much more! Come out and enjoy some good fun with friends in celebration of the winter season!

Program Reflection - Positive
Everyone stuck to their assigned tasks and were super troopers throughout set-up and clean-up.
The event was very nice and you all were very attentive and willing to help out.
Snow in Seconds Instructions - 1/4 cup of snow (plus a little extra) per half gallon of water.
Props to Anthoula and Eunice for helping out with the shopping!
Program Reflection - Constructive
More Stuff! -Buy tins of hot cocoa and apple cider as opposed to individual packets, buy more graham crackers and skewers for s'mores. Remember to get something to stir the drinks with. Candy canes were ok, but maybe wooden sticks, or medal spoons, but the people working the station should do the stiring.

Hey everyone, just a quick request. When we cleaned up last night things were just brought back to the programs office. Since it's the end of the week and we're about hit winter break, I was wondering if any of you all wouldn't mind stopping by the office to help clean it up? We don't want to leave it up here for a month. Thanks so much and I'll catch you all later!

I second what Mike said, but really, thank you everybody. I'm really impressed by how much effort and dedication was put into this program. We all had so much fun and we ran out of stuff in 45 minutes! The turn out was awesome and the energy you all showed really pepped up my burnt out and ready for finals end spirit. Oh and Alysa, you should try out for so you think you can dance? cause I think you can dance :)

I ordered you all four additional folding tables for the program. Each table is 7.50 to rent plus a delivery charge.
Please do not use the quad lounge tables or redroom tables outside.
I am excited for this event! Julie I am ready to make some snow with you all!

Oh yah, good point Eunice. I think a good place would be the programs office on the poster making table. Can everyone bring their posters tonight before we take off for Woodstocks and stick them in the office. If not, seeing as this is a little last minute o_0, bringing them in any time before the event works too. Thanks everyone!

Hey Venessa,
My passive posters have been in the staff room in BL for about a week now. Where should we store the posters anyway?

Sarah,
You're silly, you hope this isn't going to be ok??? Haha, its fine, no worries chica. I think the deadline was just to make sure that we had the passives all together and ready to go but seeing as its an early deadline I do believe there is room for extenuating circumstances. I would agree that the assortment of things in the programs office is a fitting reason to not do your passive until next Tuesday. Thanks for letting me know and the window box looks great! Have an awesome time at home and Happy Thanksgiving. Air hug if I don't see you before you leave :)

hey vene, i went into the office today to try to make my passive but the table and markers were completely blocked by an assortment of things such as easy-ups, ladders and black lights (from Friday's rave i'm assuming?)
i know we're supposed to have the passives done by tomorrow (the 23rd) but i'm not going to be able to have it done by then. i'm completely booked tomorrow and flying home tuesday morning, but i'll be able to make it next tuesday, the 1st, during my office hours then.
i hope this isn't going to be okay!
i already made and posted the window box poster by the mail room.

Hey Julie,
That would be great if you could do one for Christmas. Thanks for noticing that Eunice.
Everyone,
Just wanted to tell you all that KG made us a kick ass flier today. I'll print some out and put them in the RAs boxes on Monday. Thanks crew for being on top of things! I'm going to get 2 POs for Safeway and Costco. Please look over the shopping list on the program page to make sure that everything we need is there. Yes Mike, I'll put in the skewers! :P Thanks!
