Who organized the event
Each student will start off with a piece of paper where they will list
5 things they are most passionate about in their life. Then they will
write down how often they do those activities and how they can do them
more. Second they will list 5 things that cause stress in their lives.
and then these questions....how to alleviate these stresses, who to
call when stressed out, what do they spend the greater part of their
week doing, what they wish they were doing for the greater part of the
Then I want to focus on how they can involve themselves in different
ways to relieve that stress. For example, opportunities in their
community, organizations within Cal Poly, or any sort of activities
that might gives back to the community.
