My residents and I go running at nighttime and sometimes this is followed up with us doing a core workout.

Description

Around 10 or 11pm on school nights my residents and I go running/jogging around College 8. Afterwards we come back to our building and sometimes do a core workout. Workouts last anywhere from 35 minutes to 90 minutes - depending on how much of a workout we decide to do and how much talking is done during rest/breaks.

Additional Details

Not all people are of the same athletic ability. Jog around whatever course/loop you want to do first with everyone as a warmup then feel free to go at your own pace.

Sometimes people go running and when they stop you see another resident leave the building - ready to go. (It'd be nice for them to have a running buddy so join along with them... it's a great time for a 1:1 meeting/update with your resident...unless there's too much huffing and puffing, then it's just a good bonding session with that resident.)

Shaun, here is the file for the liability waiver. Print and copy as you see fit. Each participant must sign one before running with you and your group, but they will be good for the entire quarter.Thus each participant will only need to do this once.
