The Mega Energy Competition is a multi-campus collaboration to encourage student's in the residence hall's to save energy while getting the chance to claim energy saving dominance over regional rivals. This year for the the month of October, four Southern California teams, CSULB, CPP, CSUF and UCI step up to try and take the coveted trophy.

This program will teach residents about the electoral process, why they should vote, and will have lots of free candy!

In this program I will ask residents to donate at least one canned food item, which will be donated to a local charity. I will then give them a candy and a condom lollipop (A condom that has been taped to a lollipop stick). This will in a sense be backwards treat or treating. I will also get informational pieces about safe sex from the wellness center to hand out with the candy.

Residents will learn the downside of plagiarism regarding university policy. They will learn the difference between plagiarism and homage. Star Wars would be shown as an example of how homage is given.

Each resident will be given a ball for each activity they do in life (e.g. work, study, exercise). When they have to many activities, it will become hard for them to carry all the balls. For each time management tool the attendees use in real life, they will be given a tool that will help them carry the balls.
